Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At SixStringShooters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Items must include all accessories and documentation
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital products
  • Strings and other consumable items that have been opened
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package your item securely with all original materials

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ask@sixstringshooters.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ask@sixstringshooters.com and ship your item to: SixStringShooters, 313 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: SixStringShooters, 313 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately at ask@sixstringshooters.com. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

9. International Returns

For international returns, please note:

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing time may be longer for international returns
